Suwanakit currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Suwanakit does not currently publish a specific carrier or expedited-shipping commitment.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Suwanakit's control.

Shipping Charges

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping charge is $2.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $10 or more.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available for an order, customers may use the website's Track Order feature or tracking information provided with their order.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, holiday volume, incorrect delivery information, or operational disruptions.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact Suwanakit as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact contact@suwanakit.com.

Include your order number, customer name, delivery information, description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Suwanakit will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
